Assembly New York
Started in 2008, an artisan hub for designer information and fashion resource, Assembly New York is a mens and womens boutique focusing on international and otherwise hard-to-find luxury labels alongside curated vintage and art d'objet. Many of the articles are the result of collaborations with designers and are exclusive to our New York location and website.

In 2009 Assembly introduced the in-house collection, designed by owner Greg Armas. This collection is a unisex and uniform range, combining exclusively natural and historic fabrics in a spirit of a future-primitive instinct; utilizing the organic technology of those survivalists before us. Garments of linen, cashmere, and fine cotton with leather and pure silk details (fur-lined pockets, suede-lined waistbands..) are intended to create comfort and durability, allowing each piece to stand on its own and achieve archival quality. Subtlety is paramount and design details are concealed and personal, available only to the wearer. All garments are handsewn in New York City and are available year round in varying and appropriate fabric selections.

We offer full service styling and editorial service and vintage resourcing to the public and industry

Roark
The idea blossomed in the mind of Andrew Steiger, the creative director, who quickly found others to help him construct his vision. The next step was to initiate the designer Chris Allison and visual communications expert Misti Huskey, the team was almost complete. The last phase needed to achieve completion was a strong social element, Andrew found Nelson Campbell. With a firm foundation ROARK had begun. The collective began with four, yet has managed to build a tribe interested in the group's progression. The brand has worked to encompass as many elements as possible, attracting a wide range of skills and an assortment of people. Each collection has ventured into more than clothes, fuzing film, photography, and music in order to fully immerse oneself into the world of ROARK. The design potential goes beyond garments, ROARK is a lifestyle. ROARK's mission is to provide clothes reminiscent of armor-like exoskeletons in order to help usher in a new age of understanding. Through attention to detail and passionate love ROARK

Insubordinate Lads
Crafted with a subversive take on the modern anglophilic dandy style, Insubordinate Lads marries a hip urban style with refined vintage dressing. This new collection is inspired by British street style and a deconstructed take on Saville Row tailoring, reflecting the era of the gleaming shift from industry to refinement. Incorporating vintage-inspired Italian leathers and pops of bold printed fabrics into easy-to-carry nostalgic silhouettes, Insubordinate Lads blends versatility with a sophisticated modern style.

The Insubordinate Lad is unabashed in his dressing, and associates himself with a non-conformist diversity of style in the most gentlemanlike nature. Each of these bags can go from work to travel to weekend city streets and are full of current necessary interior details and well made functionality.

Marc Stone
Marc Stone is not only a clothing brand but a concept and a creative aesthetic world. The brand maintains a design philosophy that integrates a inventive, clear and artistic concept – creating a marriage between practicality, individuality and style.

Every collection is influenced by contemporary art, music, theatre or film to introduce a significant signature. The fascination drives the team every season to explore modern interpretations of masculinity

This eclectic mix and style will force you to keep an eye out...

Instantology
INSTANTOLOGY is an independent Seoul, Korea based fashion label under the creative director Ji Il-Keun. Even though tailoring (made-to-order suits, ready-to-wear, and costumes for celebrity idols) is the base of the brand, they are not limiting themselves being in a cage. They want to explore as much as they can in every aspect such as using elements that hasn’t been used yet, and develop the brand without being restricted. Having a child-like youthful mind, INSTANTOLOGY is eager to explore the world with curiosity.

Gene Per Yukio Mishiba
The use of new or unique materials and designs quite often sets seasonal trends. With stylish silhouettes and a commitment to details, techniques and materials, Yukio Mishiba aims to create fashionable clothing that appeals to all generations.

`GENE’- There is a reason behind our brand name derived from the word gene.

The term gene is defined as a transfer of an information data base, with an array of complex biological sequences, being core inheritance.

At times blunt and delicate. Like sound and light. It is extreme beyond gender preference, transcended into form, with its entire possibilities hidden. Possibilities are spread through the genetic transcending of the `chooser` and the one who chooses the attire. It is borderless, no race nor age. Free sensibility and creativity are achieved at this instant, and then new genes are released.

Kill City
I never quite fit in with the crowd. I had long hair and rode a skateboard. I wore dirty surf trunks and torn up red vans. One day i saw in the newspaper a punk rock show. It was halloween 1979 – the germs, fear and black flag at the hong kong café in chinatown. Three weeks later my hair was chopped and spiky. I wore motorcycle boots, tight black jeans and a bowie diamond dogs t-shirt with the sleeves cut off. I wore a chain around my waist as a belt and possible weapon in case the jocks came after me. I was a punk rocker – my style was all mine, everyone stared at me. I was all alone and completely free. Making different clothes is my life. Finding, creating and discovering your own style is what it’s all about. I hope you can relate to what we do at kill city.

Thom Krom
Thomas Kromik, German, born 1970, had been working as a trend scout for international European fashion brands for more than 10 years. Always travelling the world’s fashion metropolises he developed a high sensitivity for the latest visual influences both on the street and in the stores. He was fascinated by the idea of a new fusion: cool basic styles with a high ecological approach. So in 2009 he launches THOM KROM, starting with a men’s collection of selected premium T-shirts and sweatshirts expressing an urban style of grown-up coolness. THOM KROM is based in Hannover, Germany and is being sold only by exclusive multi-label retailers worldwide.

Each style and every detail stands for a laid-back, grown-up coolness. Rough seams, naturally integrated pockets, zippers and hooded collars as well as intelligent cuts create a true vintage style. We are inspired by Rock ’n’ Roll and underground scenes, independence and eternity, interpreting them for a design-oriented, demanding customer.

"My work reflects on my youth and being inspired by anything that sparks my curiosity. The collection is designed without the structured direction that a hard lined story would offer. I have a much more spontaneous approach. Ideas pop into my head and I follow the ones worth following."

-Austin Sherbanenko

Ugo Cacciatori
Born as a reaction to post-minimalism and neo-gothic attitudes in fashion, the UGO CACCIATORI story took life as a new aesthetic possibility of romanticism in contemporary times. Referencing eccentric and intellectual style of life, the design reflects, from the very beginning, a sophisticated construction of shapes combined with a wide comprehension of textures, oxidations and stones. The result is a truly Made in Italy craftsmanship, the highest expression of contents and forms, all together to give life to a collection whose construction is closer to a novel than to the established seasons of fashion. Not just an accessory line but also the seed of a complete series of objects emerging from a tale as from an inner dreamy vision where the global perception of fairy and fantasy find a definite reference point in luxury.

Tee Library
Books shape our life. We come to school every day and go back home with new knowledge. Unknowingly, we do apply them in practical life. Books are said to be a man’s best friend.

Through these books, we can get the chance to examine ourselves and find a new insight to our world. Although, you might be deeply impressed by the great books, sometimes the memory fades out as time goes by. By using graphic t-shirts, Tee Library wants to reinforce you the precious, vanishing impression in a witty way. The images and phrases on our t-shirts are from many famous books. As an integral part of our design, the t-shirts are all recreated by our own interpretation. Customers can experience the fun and fascination of familiar scenes and scripts lying in their memories revitalized in different views.

Jehee Sheen
Through the awareness of the death, we could recognize a special value of a moment. The originality of the human being is weak as fragile, very aggressive and cruel. Lies, hypocrisy, pretence, violence, selfishness.

Jehee Sheen’s collection was launched in FW 2009 creating tailored yet avant-garde clothes that are distinguishing and exceptional. While he has been designing clothes that enables to support one’s desire to extravagant lifestyle before, he now wants to earnestly explore that desire and reflect upon his clothes that can add a healing effect upon one’s emptiness. Clothes that incorporates ‘Harmony in Space’ or something that contains ‘Humanism’.
